At this time of year, we’re often surrounded by pressure to change or reinvent ourselves. But what if, instead of erasing the past, we chose to build from it? What if we used our experiences as a foundation - strengthening us and emboldening us to live more authentically? Resilience isn’t about starting over perfectly. It’s about beginning again intentionally. It’s about how we move through challenges, respond to setbacks, and care for ourselves along the way. So this January, release the pressure to transform overnight. Instead, turn your attention to who you want to be in the moments that matter most. To begin your journey, consider this: As I begin again, who do I want to be? And how can resilience guide the way I show up, one moment at a time?
New Year Zumba Party with Samantha & Jen

All Levels Welcome! Excited to announce that we will be kicking off the New Year, celebrating with Samantha Andersen - bringing serious swag, talent, and energy to Vibe Vault Fit for a 90-minute Zumba masterclass you won’t want to miss.
Plus, we’ll have a special guest instructor, Jen Crowley, to add to the excitement! A zumba instructor since 2014, and long time Vibe Vault Fit member and instructor
Samantha, a Long Island, NY resident, is a passionate dancer who began her journey at just 2.5 years old and launched her Zumba career in 2015. Her accomplishments include presenting for Zumba on national TV shows like *Live with Kelly and Mark* and *Fox & Friends*, having classes featured on the Zumba app, and modeling for the Zumbawear x Peanuts collection. Through her vibrant Zumba community, she spreads positivity and joy, inviting everyone to embrace the joy of movement!
This class is open to all levels - whether you’re a seasoned Zumba lover or just looking to let loose and have fun, this is your chance to dance it out with a community that lifts you up. Don’t miss this unforgettable mash-up of rhythm, movement, and joy. Let’s make the room come alive and celebrate the NEW YEAR – Zumba style!

2026 Vision Board Workshop
Sunday January 11th @ 11am
The new year is a great way to hit the reset and focus on what you want to see in the year ahead! Let's manifest this all month and start to collect what you want to see in your life this year. If in the next weeks or days ahead, you see any pictures, magazine clippings, words, stickers or small glueable items put them aside to create your 2026 VISION BOARD.
We will come together collectively on Sunday , January 11th at 11am to create our boards together in-studio (space limited).
We will provide the poster board, glue and some magazines but bring any extra materials you want to include on your board including a comfy cushion or blanket to sit on as we will do this event safely spread out around studio floor. We will also have a light snacks and drinks.
Ways to prepare:
1) Reflect on last year and what's ahead this year
2) Think and write down your goals and vision for this year
3) Collect any items that remind you of these things
4) Be the best version of you, unedited and free!

Free Class! Each month Vibe Vault Fit hosts a Free Featured Format so you have the opportunity to try and fall in love. Your next chance is our VIBE DANCE FIT on Tuesday January 20th @ 7:15pm. Vibe Dance Fit is dance fitness set to a high energy playlist of popular hits, world rhythms and your favorite feel-good music. A total body workout hidden within a heart-pumping dance party. Intro to Pelvic Floor & Core Workshop

Strengthen your body from the inside out. Join pelvic physical therapist Dr. Holly Wells for an empowering workshop designed to help you understand and activate your core and pelvic floor. This beginner-friendly session blends education with guided movement, including core training, glute and hip strengthening, mobility work, and time for Q&A. Walk away feeling stronger, more supported, and more in tune with your body.
Dr. Holly Wells is a native of West Chester and proudly serves clients and women in the Chester County community and beyond. Holly is a wife and active mother of two boys, and founder of Forever Strong Physical Therapy and Wellness.
Following the birth of her first son, Holly became passionate about increasing awareness about pelvic health and integrating this into her orthopedic physical therapy practice.
She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist and a Pelvic Rehab Certified Provider.
Holly enjoys helping prenatal, postpartum, peri and postmenopausal clients navigate pelvic pain, incontinence, weakness, and more.
Come dressed in workout attire and bring a mat.
